5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonus funds may only be used in designated games. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly before wagering requirements are met. fanchywin reserves the right to set an expiry date for any bonus offer, and unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.

5.3 General Promotion Rules

A promotion may be used once only, unless otherwise stated. If evidence of artificial transactions or manipulation to earn bonuses is found, all bonuses will be forfeited. fanchywin reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

fanchywin's VIP program has five levels. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level:

Advancement to a VIP level depends on the user's activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. fanchywin reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and users will be notified in advance of any changes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fanchywin platform, and any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors in the platform.
• Colluding with other users to attempt to control betting outcomes.
